WhatsApp message/template charges may apply separately through provider channels. Is WAB2C a Meta partner or BSP?

No. WAB2C is an independent WhatsApp Business API automation and implementation platform, not Meta, WhatsApp, or a direct Meta Business Solution Provider (BSP). WhatsApp Business API access may be provisioned through authorized BSP / technology provider channels where applicable, subject to provider approval and Meta/WhatsApp policies. WAB2C provides local onboarding, automation, and support with PKR pricing and Urdu language support.

What is WhatsApp Coexistence Mode?

WhatsApp Coexistence Mode allows businesses to use both WhatsApp Business API and WhatsApp Business App on the same phone number simultaneously. This enables teams to manage automated responses via API while still manually responding through the app.

Who We Are

WAB2C is an independent WhatsApp Business API automation and implementation platform operated by Alams Innovate Private Limited, a company registered in Pakistan. WAB2C provides software, onboarding, configuration, automation tooling, and local support to help businesses use WhatsApp for sales, support, and notifications in a compliant manner.

What WAB2C Is Not

To avoid any confusion, WAB2C wishes to make the following clear:

WAB2C is not Meta Platforms, Inc., WhatsApp LLC, or any of their subsidiaries.
WAB2C is not a direct Meta Business Solution Provider (BSP).
WAB2C is not EngageLab or any other named provider, and is not their official representative.
WAB2C does not claim to be an "Official Meta Partner", "Meta Verified Partner", or to sell API access "directly from Meta".

How API Access Works

WhatsApp Business API access is owned and controlled by Meta/WhatsApp. Where applicable, WAB2C facilitates access and provisioning through authorized BSP / technology provider channels. The underlying messaging infrastructure, pricing, and policies are set by Meta/WhatsApp and the relevant provider, not by WAB2C.

WAB2C's role is to provide the implementation layer — onboarding, automation flows, team inbox, template management, CRM / Google Sheet integrations, and support — on top of that access.

Approvals & Dependencies

Onboarding and continued use may depend on factors outside WAB2C's control, including:

Provider approval and account provisioning
Meta/WhatsApp business verification
Display name and message template approval
Customer eligibility and business category restrictions
Compliance with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Commerce Policy

WAB2C cannot guarantee approval, uninterrupted access, specific message delivery rates, or specific pricing, as these are governed by Meta/WhatsApp and provider rules.
